The hoof plays a crucial role in the overall health of the body, as it serves as the foundation that supports the entire structure. Any imbalances or dysfunctions in the hoof can lead to compensatory issues throughout the body, affecting posture, gait, and the health of the joints and soft tissues.

As a hoof care provider and equine bodyworker, I strive to restore the health and balance of the body through synergistically combining barefoot trimming services with gentle, holistic bodywork techniques.
Hoof Care Services
The hooves and the body are deeply interconnected. When bodywork and hoofcare are synergistically combined to suport the individual horse, the results are profoundly healing. Here at Evergreen Equine Wellness, I recognize the unique nature of every horse, which is why I offer two different plans to support each individual.
Flow Sessions: Bodywork + Hoofcare
These equine-guided sessions allow for an integrative trimming experience. Your horse will receive bodywork support as needed throughout their trim, allowing for optimal comfort and balance.​

These sessions are for you if your horse struggles with standing for the farrier, needs frequent breaks, or has previous farrier trauma and requires a patient and positive approach.

$125 per session. Booked every 4 weeks.
*Travel Fee not included ($0.72/km – distance calculated from home office . Travel fee may be waived/reduced for group bookings of 3+ horses. Please contact us to discuss travel rates)

Consecutive Sessions: Bodywork + Hoofcare
These sessions allow your horse time & space to process their new balance while still synergistically combining bodywork and trimming techniques.​

These sessions are for you if your horse has a lower capacity for long periods of handling or appreciates a longer processing time. This session package includes a hoof care appointment, booked every 4 weeks, as well as a bodywork session booked within a week (either before or after the trim, depending on the horse’s preference).

$145 per session package. Booked every 4 weeks.

Single trim sessions are also available, provided clients are already enrolled in a Wellness Plan through Evergreen Equine Wellness or another bodyworker.
$50/barefoot trim. Clients must schedule their appointments within a maximum 5-week trim cycle.
